一、个人简介

1958年出生,男,汉族,工学博士,河北大学电子信息工程学院教授、硕士生导师。2004年起,在河北大学任教。

主讲《通信原理》《计算机网络》《移动通信》《扩频通信》《工业数据通信及控制网络》《电力系统继电保护》。
